How do you ship the macarons?
I ship these in thermal insulated bags with ice packs inside a box. Everything is done to ensure these arrive to you unbroken, however if you receive broken macarons, please let me know & I'll ship extra free of charge.
How much does shipping cost?
The macarons are only sent out express post to get to you as quickly as possible. As such, the flat rate for shipping is $15.
When will I get my order?
If you haven't placed a preferred delivery date in the notes section, i will aim to have these ready in a week, however this can take up to 2 weeks depending on how busy I am.
How do you store macarons?
Macarons store beautifully in the freezer! They will last up to 12 months & are able to be re-frozen if thawed. Please refreeze these as soon as possible to avoid affecting the texture & taste.
What's the best way to thaw macarons?
Thaw macarons in the fridge for 1-2 hours or leave them at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Please note, once these are thawed, they are best placed back in the fridge until ready to serve.
